The studio is located in the middle of the City Centre of Leeuwarden near the train station. It's a spacious studio with large windows and a French balcony. On the floor plan you can see how the studio is situated in the building. This complex consists of 34 studios in total. A majority of the tenants are students or young professionals. The building has a bike shed and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Washing and drying is free of charge. Next to the building are 4 parking spaces. They can be booked based on availability. Furthermore, the residence has a shared roof terrace.

What do I have to pay

The rental price for this accommodation is shown in the advertisement. The rent is based on a monthly payment. The rental price includes the basic rent and the utilities: heating and electricity. Wifi / internet is not included in the rental price. At this building you need to arrange your own internet connection. Please be aware that this can take up to 14 days to create an account and get an internet connection. All the government taxes are excluded from the rental price. Furniture is not included in the price.

To book this studio a security deposit will be charged. The deposit will be refunded after you return the keys and the studio in the same condition as when you arrived. Besides the security deposit StudentStay charges a non-refundable booking fee.
